Like every year in January Luther Allison's son, Bernard Allison, appears at the almost sold out Meisenfrei, Bremen DE on 2020-01-21. He was accompanied by George "Dr. Funk" Moyé (b), José James (sax, perc), Mario Dawson (dr) and only 19 years old, but already excellent Dylan Salfer (g). Hamburg Blues Band with the legendary "The Voice" Chris Farlowe on 2020-01-10 @ Charlys Bar, Oldenburg DE. Chris Farlowe showed up for the 2nd set and delivered - despite his age of 79 years - an unbelievable show. Hamburg Blues Band is Gert Lange (voc, g), Krissy Matthews (voc, g), Reggie Worthy (voc, b), Kev Hickman (dr) and Chris Laut (harp).  

Vanesa Harbek, the Argentinian Blues Queen born in Buenos Aires @ Meisenfrei, Bremen DE on 2020-01-07. Cool show with energetic and a little bit latino oriented blues. She´s an impulsive guitarist, singer, blueswoman, trumpet player and composer. Also involved in Tango music scene. In June 2017 she moved to Berlin, DE.
