Michael van Merwyk, 2 m tall man of giant statue from Rheda-Wiedenbrück, won with his band Bluesoul second place in the Internation Blues Challenge  (IBC) 2013 in Memphis TN. His American roots music is a fabulous sybiosis of blues, country, soul, funk and rock.
