Again the Blues Caravan takes a rest at the Music Hall, Worpswede DE on 2017-01-26. Since many years Ruf Records presents the Blues Caravan showcasing already well known blues artists like Mike Zito, multiple winner and nominee for the BMA, and Bernard Allison, son of the famous Chicago blues musician Luther Allison, as well as upcoming new artists like the fabulous Vanja Sky. Each time extremely recommended.
A very big surprise was the appearance of Big Daddy Wilson, very cool as usual.
Vanja Sky’s first record “Bad Penny” will be released on Ruf Records 0n February 23, 2018.
Bernard Allison’s new album “Let It Go” was released on Ruf Records on January 26, 2018.
Sir Roger Inniss, bass and musical director, and soulfully grooving Mario Dawson on the drums are the perfect rhytm machine to this really amazing show.
